I congratulate you on the 70th liberation anniversary of Kamianets-Podilskyi from fascist invaders.
We bow low and pay tribute of filial gratitude for heroism and military valour of those alive and fallen in the bloody battles for Khmelnytsk region and your glorious city during the most severe war in the history of a mankind. We pay tribute to the undergrounders and partisans for unconquerable endurance and courageous resistance to occupants.
Both today, during the period of complicated challenges our country faces, the sacred memory and deep respect to those who have passed through a terrible and severe school of war and have shown an example of steadfast love to Homeland, endurance, wisdom and patience, as well as sincere faith in the happy future of the upcoming generations, remain the highest spiritual values and virtues.
